Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

Before Shipment

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@mudrikainternational.com or call us at +91 70686 13399, +91 99352 64065. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it within 1-2 business days.

After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you may return the product according to our return policy outlined below.

Cancellation by CraftSmith

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The product is out of stock or unavailable
• There are errors in pricing or product information
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Payment cannot be processed

In such cases, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• All tags, labels, and accessories are intact
• The product is not damaged or defective due to your handling
• You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Products without original packaging or tags
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Bulk orders or wholesale purchases (subject to separate agreement)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the product to the address provided by our team
6. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will include:

• Full product price
• Original shipping charges (if the product was defective or incorrect)

Note: Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Bank Processing Time

While we process refunds within 5-7 business days, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. This typically takes 7-14 business days from the date of refund processing.
